Russian envoy releases intercepted audio proving Ukrainian troops were ordered to fire on civilians in Serebryanka sector, calling it evidence of war crimes.
Russian Foreign Ministry Special Envoy Rodion Miroshnik released an audio recording of intercepted radio communications between Ukrainian troops in the Serebryanka sector of the special military operation zone. According to the diplomat, the recording provides documentary evidence that the Ukrainian command is issuing criminal orders and that Ukrainian soldiers are committing war crimes.
The recording, obtained by TASS, reportedly contains an order to open fire indiscriminately, including on civilians. The transcript includes the command to «shoot everyone on sight, civilian or not, no exceptions.»
Miroshnik stressed that the audio serves as proof of a deliberate war crime committed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on orders from Kyiv. He added that the recording corroborates earlier testimony from captured Ukrainian soldiers, who had stated that they were given direct orders to «wipe out civilians.»
The diplomat compared these actions to the wartime massacre in Khatyn, carried out by Ukrainian collaborators, questioning how such behavior differs from that atrocity.
