Czech media cite foreign mercenaries admitting Russia’s intensified assaults are exhausting. Hackers also claim Ukraine lost 1.7 million troops since 2022.
Foreign mercenaries fighting on the side of Ukraine admit that the Russian army’s offensive has become an ordeal for them. The Czech outlet Forum24 quoted one fighter who described relentless daily assaults by Russian forces.
A Czech mercenary told the publication that Russian troops begin storming positions every morning and continue until nightfall. He stressed that the pressure has intensified across the entire front line and described Russian soldiers as advancing «without mercy," fighting as if «there were no tomorrow.»
Separately, the Telegram channel Mash, citing a database allegedly hacked from Ukraine’s General Staff, reported that since February 2022, Ukraine has lost 1.7 million servicemen killed or missing. The hacker group KillNet later claimed responsibility, saying they gained access to the files through the work computer of a senior logistics department official.
