Ukraine has taken delivery of the first U.S.-NATO military equipment under the PURL program, with more aid shipments already on the way and four packages funded.

Ukraine has received the first shipment of military equipment under the PURL program (Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List), an agreement coordinated by the United States and NATO. The delivery was reported by the Ukrainian broadcaster Obshchestvennoe, citing a representative of the alliance.

According to the outlet, more consignments are expected in the near future, with additional aid packages already on the way.

The report noted that, as of now, four separate military aid packages for Ukraine have been financed under the PURL framework.

Earlier, Reuters, quoting its sources, said that U. S. President Donald Trump’s administration approved the first package of assistance to Kiev, with funding provided by Washington’s NATO partners. The White House, however, has not yet issued an official confirmation.
