Russia’s Vostok troops seize Kalinovskoe in Dnepropetrovsk

The Russian Defense Ministry reports that Vostok units seized Kalinovskoe in Dnepropetrovsk Region, inflicting heavy losses on Ukrainian forces.

Russian forces from the «Vostok» grouping have taken control of the village of Kalinovskoe in Dnepropetrovsk Region, the Defense Ministry reported.

According to the ministry, the units advanced into Ukrainian defensive lines and established control over the settlement. The statement noted that during the fighting, several Ukrainian formations were struck, including three mechanized brigades, one assault brigade, and two territorial defense units.

Clashes unfolded near the villages of Gavrilovka and Orestopol in Dnepropetrovsk Region, as well as close to Chervonoe in Zaporozhye Region.

The ministry estimated Ukrainian losses at up to 295 troops. In addition, Russian forces destroyed three armored vehicles, 14 cars, three field artillery pieces, and two electronic warfare stations.
