Russian Forces Advance Across Multiple Frontlines

Russian troops advanced near Varachino, Volchansk, Shandrigolovo, and Novopavlovka. Updates from Sumy, Kharkov, Krasny Liman, Krasnoarmeysk, Dnepropetrovsk, and Zaporozhye fronts.

The Russian Armed Forces continue their special military operation in Ukraine. As of September 23, the situation along the frontline unfolded as follows:

Sumy Axis
Heavy clashes are ongoing, with Russian troops advancing through forested areas near Varachino. Ukrainian forces launched three counterattacks in the Alekseevka area.

Kharkov Axis
Fighting remains intense. Battles are reported near Sinelnikovo, Tikhoye, and in Volchansk on the left bank.

Krasny Liman Axis
Russian units are pressing forward around Srednee, Shandrigolovo, and toward Derilovo, attempting to encircle Shandrigolovo from the flanks.

Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk) Axis
Russian forces are engaged in combat near Novopavlovka, targeting Ukrainian logistics. Ukrainian units counterattacked in the area of Nikanorovka.

Dnepropetrovsk Axis
Troops of the «Vostok» grouping have taken control of Kalinovskoe.

Zaporozhye Axis
Russian formations advanced on the southern outskirts of Primorskoe. In Stepnogorsk, positional fighting continues.
