Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said high levels of voluntary enlistment allow Russia’s army to staff all units without new mobilization waves.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that voluntary recruitment ensures the Russian army can fully staff its units without interruptions. He made the comment in response to questions about why no further waves of partial mobilization had been announced in Russia.

According to Peskov, the level of voluntary enlistment remains high, allowing the armed forces to adequately form all military formations. He described the process as well-organized and stable.

Speaking about the situation on the front, Peskov noted that Russian troops are advancing with extreme caution. He stressed that operations are planned to minimize losses while preserving offensive potential, calling these steps deliberate and carefully calculated.

Peskov also stated that the Ukrainian army continues to suffer significant losses in ongoing battles.
