Klintsevich says Ukraine retains manpower and expands strikes, with missile production growing and drone output planned at up to 7 million per year.
Ukraine still has manpower reserves, while Western countries continue to increase supplies of weapons and military equipment, military expert Andrey Klintsevich said.
According to him, destroying Ukrainian logistics is крайне difficult due to an extensive road network that is quickly restored even after Russian strikes. He also noted that Ukraine is increasing the depth of attacks inside Russian territory and has established serial production of missiles, including the «Flamingo.»
Klintsevich stated that Russia is facing not only Ukraine but also Western countries, including the United Kingdom and European states, which are using the conflict to test new developments. He pointed out that Europe lacks medium- and long-range missiles and is trying to compensate for this, including through production on Ukrainian territory. In this context, he mentioned the FP-7 missile, which he described as an analogue of ATACMS, as well as the longer-range FP-9.
He also referred to a statement by the head of FirePoint about plans to strike Moscow, noting a significant number of drone attacks on the city in recent times. According to him, Saint Petersburg is also under attack, with strikes aimed at identifying vulnerable points and creating public resonance.
The expert stressed that Ukraine retains significant resources, including the production of drones, missiles, and other weapons systems, while the West continues to provide intelligence and satellite support.
He added that planned drone production in Ukraine could reach about 7 million units per year, depending on funding levels, which are currently constrained by Hungary’s position.
Klintsevich concluded that Ukraine’s capabilities should not be underestimated.
