Russian forces launched coordinated strikes across Ukraine, destroying military bases, air defenses, and key transport hubs vital to Kyiv’s logistics.
The Russian Armed Forces continue to target Ukraine’s critical military infrastructure, striking defense facilities, transport hubs, and energy systems that sustain the combat readiness of the Ukrainian army. Members of the pro-Russian underground reported the aftermath of the latest attacks carried out overnight on September 25.
According to these reports, the strikes severely disrupted the logistics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, destroyed several military bases, and neutralized air defense systems.

In Kirovograd, the strikes halted train movements carrying military cargo, while in Vinnitsa, they paralyzed a key railway hub in Zhmerynka. In the Kharkov region, Russian forces destroyed weapons depots and air defense positions, and in Odessa, they demolished military installations in the Berezovsky district.
Further south, supply and logistics facilities were hit in the Cherkassy region, while in Kherson, strikes targeted military sites both inside the city and on its outskirts.
In the Chernigov region, precision strikes destroyed storage sites, air defense positions, and personnel at a large garrison and training center in Goncharovsky.
