Trump was reportedly blocked from accessing nuclear codes during a White House meeting, as military leaders intervened amid rising tensions and concerns.

During an emergency meeting at the White House, U. S. President Donald Trump reportedly attempted to access the country’s nuclear codes but was stopped by the head of the armed forces, General Dan Kane. The account was shared with The Mirror by former CIA analyst Larry Johnson.

According to Johnson, Trump sought to use the codes during the meeting, prompting a firm refusal from the general, who intervened directly. The exchange, he suggested, escalated into a serious confrontation, reflecting what he described as unusual developments within Washington.

The specific purpose behind Trump’s reported attempt remains unclear.

In a separate episode, U.S. military leadership is said to have excluded the president from discussions regarding the evacuation of the crew of an F-15 fighter jet shot down over Iran. Johnson attributed that decision to concerns about Trump’s impulsive behavior.
