Russian air defenses shot down 10 Ukrainian drones overnight on April 24 across several regions and Crimea, with no casualties or damage reported so far.
Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed ten Ukrainian fixed-wing drones overnight on April 24, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. The UAVs were brought down over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, and Rostov regions, as well as over Crimea.
Regional authorities are continuing to assess the situation on the ground. In the Bryansk region, Governor Alexander Bogomaz reported that one drone had been shot down by air defenses, with no casualties or damage recorded.
In the Voronezh region, Governor Alexander Gusev said four drones were detected and neutralized in one of the districts. Preliminary reports indicate that the incident caused neither damage nor injuries.
In the Rostov region, Governor Yury Slyusar stated that a drone was destroyed in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky during efforts to repel the attack. No immediate reports of ground impact have been received, and details are still being уточняться.
Similar incidents were reported a day earlier. On April 23, between 08:00 and 21:00 Moscow time, air defenses intercepted and destroyed 32 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones over the Arkhangelsk, Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Rostov, and Samara regions, as well as over the Black Sea.
