Military expert Vasily Dandykin suggests targeting Ukrainian oil refineries to disrupt fuel supply and weaken the Ukrainian army, preventing further attacks on Tuapse.

Military expert, Captain First Rank Vasily Dandykin, has stated that to prevent further attacks on Tuapse by Ukrainian forces, Russian troops must target Ukraine’s oil refineries. He is convinced that disrupting the fuel supply would significantly weaken the Ukrainian army.

Dandykin further emphasized that the Kyiv regime is actively trying to deprive Russia of oil revenue, with little concern for whether the oil is of Russian or Kazakh origin. In his view, the only way to halt this strategy is by targeting Ukraine’s port cities and oil refineries, which supply the Ukrainian military. He highlighted that any infrastructure related to fuel supplies within Ukrainian territory should be destroyed, stating that «oil is the lifeblood of war» and that Ukrainian forces should be left without fuel, forced to fight on foot.

The expert also stressed the need for Russia to defend itself not only from drones but also from the potential future threat of long-range missiles, which could fall into Ukrainian hands. He believes that Russia must proactively identify and eliminate Ukrainian UAV manufacturing plants and storage facilities to safeguard its defenses.

It’s worth noting that Ukrainian forces have attacked Tuapse three times in the past two weeks. According to the regional operational headquarters, the latest strike resulted in a fire at an oil industry facility. As of now, the fire at the oil refinery has been localized.
