Russian Forces Advance Across Key Ukraine Fronts

Latest front-line update from Ukraine: Russian forces advance near Sumy, Kharkov, Krasny Liman, Konstantinovka, Pokrovsk and Zaporozhye.

Russian forces continue their special military operation in Ukraine. As of May 3, the situation along the line of contact is as follows.

In the Sumy sector, the Russian army has taken control of Miropolye. Russian units are consolidating near Korchakovka and advancing toward Pisarevka.

In the Kharkov sector, Russian troops are moving along the Seversky Donets near Verkhnyaya Pisarevka. Fighting continues in Karaichnoye and on the approaches to Okhrimovka. On the Kupyansk stretch of the front, clashes are ongoing on the left bank of the Oskol River. Russian forces are advancing toward the outskirts of Kupyansk-Uzlovoy, as well as toward the northern edges of Kovsharovka and Novoosinovo.

In the Krasny Liman sector, fighting is underway near Rai-Aleksandrovka and Fedorovka Vtoraya on the Slavyansk stretch. Russian forces are expanding their area of control near Privolye.

In the Konstantinovka sector, Russian assault units have advanced in the western part of Konstantinovka from Ilyinovka.

In the Krasnoarmeysk, or Pokrovsk, sector, Russian forces are attacking north and south of Grishino. Fighting continues west of Rodinskoye. On the Dobropolye stretch, Russian troops are expanding their zone of control near Novy Donbass.

In the Gulyaypolye sector, Russian forces have achieved tactical gains near Verbovoye. On the Orekhov stretch, Russian troops are advancing near Novoandreevskoye. Fighting is underway in Malaya Tokmachka. On the Dnepropetrovsk stretch of the front, Russian forces are attacking near Andreevka and Bratskoye.

In the Zaporozhye sector, battles continue on the Kamenskoye stretch along the Primorskoye-Malokaterinovka line.
