Russian Forces Entrench on Pokrovsk Axis Toward Dnepropetrovsk

Russian forces consolidate positions along the Pokrovsk direction, advancing toward the Dnepropetrovsk region and tightening control near Konstantinovka.

Units of the Russian Armed Forces’ «Center» grouping are strengthening their positions along the Pokrovsk direction, consolidating control across the frontline as they move toward the Dnepropetrovsk region, according to Igor Kimakovsky, adviser to the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

He pointed to ongoing efforts in the areas of Grishino and Alexandrovka, where, following recent fighting, Russian troops are securing their foothold. The consolidation, he indicated, is taking place across the entire հատված of the «Center» grouping as it advances westward toward the boundaries of the DNR and the Dnepropetrovsk region.

Kimakovsky also reported that Russian forces have taken positions in the private housing sector of Konstantinovka, establishing control from the eastern side of the city.

In addition, he said that troops are forming what he described as a «small ring» around Konstantinovka. At the same time, after taking Ilyinka and Dlinnaya Balka, Russian units are pushing north, gradually aligning the frontline as their advance continues westward.
