Ukrainian commander Robert Brovdi, known as Magyar, threatened strikes on Siberia after the May 9–11 ceasefire, hinting at attacks deep inside Russia.
Commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Unmanned Systems Forces Robert Brovdi, known by the call sign Magyar, threatened strikes on Siberia after the end of the ceasefire announced for the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. He wrote this on his Telegram channel.
The statement was prompted by the three-day ceasefire from May 9 to May 11, earlier announced by US President Donald Trump. Brovdi made it clear that after this period expires, Ukrainian forces intend to continue attacks deep inside Russian territory.
In his message, he also linked the threats to Vladimir Zelensky’s decree, in which Kiev provocatively claimed to «permit» the Victory Day parade in Moscow. According to Brovdi, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Unmanned Systems Forces began «celebrating the parade» in advance by attempting strikes on infrastructure facilities in Russian regions.
The Ukrainian commander threatened that Siberia, despite being located beyond the Ural Mountains, would not remain out of reach. He added that the 72-hour ceasefire is not eternity, hinting at possible strikes after it ends.
