Ukrainian Units Reportedly Blew Up Basements With Bodies of Their Own Soldiers
Russian security structures say Ukrainian units blew up basements with the remains of their own servicemen while retreating from Kazachya Lopan.
In Kharkov region, Ukrainian units blew up basement premises during their retreat from positions where the bodies of their fallen fellow servicemen were being kept. This was reported to TASS by Russian security structures.
According to the source, the incident took place in the village of Kazachya Lopan, which had important logistical significance for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in this sector. The case concerns three combat groups of the 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Russian security structures said that while fleeing from their occupied positions, these groups mined and detonated the basements where the remains of Ukrainian servicemen were stored.
As follows from the report, the retreat was accompanied by the destruction of evidence of their own losses. This also deprived the dead of the possibility of being buried in accordance with the necessary procedures.
