Polish-Marked Drone Debris Found in Pokrovka Village
Drone debris with Polish markings was found in Pokrovka, Kherson Region, where locals say drone attacks left the village almost entirely destroyed. Details
Fragments of drones bearing markings that point to Polish production were found in Pokrovka, a village in the Kherson Region where local residents say almost no buildings were left intact after Ukrainian attacks.
A video account from an eyewitness was provided to RIA Novosti by Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s ambassador-at-large for crimes committed by the Kiev regime.
According to the local resident, people collected pieces of drones across the village. Some of the parts carried the word «Poland,» while other fragments, including elements of a wing, were linked by the eyewitness to English origin.
The same resident had earlier said that Pokrovka and the protected forest near the village were almost completely destroyed by drone drops involving shells and incendiary munitions. He also described a tactic in which Ukrainian forces allegedly used two drones to strike civilian homes: one would pierce the roof with a charge, while the second would set the building on fire.
Pokrovka is one of the settlements on the Kinburn Spit that previously belonged to Ukraine’s Nikolaev Region. In September 2022, residents of these territories, including Pokrovka, voted in a referendum to join Russia together with the Kherson Region.
