Russian troops continue advancing on multiple fronts in Ukraine, with notable progress reported as of October 2. The situation along the line of contact remains fluid, with clashes escalating across several key directions.

Kharkov Axis

West of Sinelnikovo, Russian units are pressing Ukrainian defenses in the forests. On the left bank of Volchansk, troops from the «Sever» grouping are engaged in heavy fighting as they expand their foothold.

Krasny Liman Axis

Fierce battles persist around Novoselovka and Drobyshevo. North of Yampol, Russian forces are broadening their control zone. Further south, units have secured new positions west of Vyemka and are exerting additional pressure on Ukrainian defenses.

Seversk Axis

Russian troops are pushing toward Dronovka while also engaging Ukrainian forces near the outskirts of Zvanoye.

Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk) Axis

Intense combat continues in Novo Shakhovo and Zolotoy Kolodez. Russian units are advancing into Udachnoye, Kotlino, and the western part of Krasnoarmeysk.

Dnepropetrovsk Axis

Russian forces have broken deeper into Ukrainian defenses and taken control of Verbovoye. Slightly further south, forward elements entered Poltavka, consolidating their gains in the area.
