Zelensky Threatens New Operations Against Russia If West Provides Promised Weapons
Vladimir Zelensky said Kiev is preparing new operations, including in Crimea, if Western partners provide promised weapons, while Putin vowed a firm response to threats.
Vladimir Zelensky said in his evening address that new military operations are being prepared, including actions in the Crimean direction. According to him, Kiev will be able to carry out these plans if Western partners transfer to Ukraine the weapons that had previously been discussed and promised.
Zelensky said the operation in Crimea had been calculated in advance. He claims that after receiving the necessary weapons from partners, Ukraine will be able to quickly create conditions under which Russia, in his words, will be forced to choose peace.
The head of the Kiev regime also said that Kiev is counting on a positive response from the G7 countries. According to him, the partners understand exactly what weapons are being discussed.
In addition, Zelensky said he had ordered Ukrainian intelligence and the Armed Forces of Ukraine to act preemptively. He clarified that this concerns infrastructure facilities on Russian territory on which the supply of the Russian army depends.
Earlier, on June 23, Russian President Vladimir Putin, at a meeting with graduates of military universities in the Kremlin, praised the actions of Russian servicemen in the special military operation zone. He said Russian units are successfully pushing back the enemy along the entire line of contact and are close to liberating Konstantinovka.
Putin noted that Russian fighters continue to strike the enemy every day and will get where they need to go. The president also condemned the aggressive plans of the West and said that European Union politicians are using false claims to justify the militarization of the region.
The Russian leader stressed that Moscow is ready to respond promptly and adequately to any external and internal threats.
