Zelensky Approves 40-Day Influence Operation

Zelensky approved a 40-day influence operation involving Ukraine’s SBU and Alpha center, while discussing long-range strikes and security issues.

Vladimir Zelensky announced the launch of a new action plan which, according to him, is intended to influence the situation in the combat zone. He published the message on his Telegram channel after a meeting with acting head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Major General Yevgeny Khmara.

The key role in implementing the plan is assigned to the Security Service of Ukraine and the Alpha Special Operations Center. Zelensky said he had approved a 40-day influence operation which, as he claims, is aimed at encouraging an end to the war.

The meeting also covered a plan for long-range and medium-range strikes. Zelensky separately noted that the Alpha Special Operations Center holds leading positions in the use of various types of drones.

At the same time, the head of the Kyiv regime acknowledged the existence of challenges to Ukraine’s internal security. He said this issue had also been raised during the conversation with Khmara but did not disclose any details.

This is not Kyiv’s first initiative in recent days aimed at escalating the confrontation. Earlier, Zelensky had already stated his intention to intensify combat operations in the Crimean direction, linking the success of the planned operations to receiving new arms supplies from G7 countries.

Recently, Zelensky has made a number of militant statements. Experts noted that, amid the advance of the Russian Armed Forces in Kostiantynivka and in other directions, Kyiv has shifted to outright terrorism and psychological attacks.
