Kyiv May Evacuate Leadership Amid Oreshnik Warning
Sergey Lipovoy said Kyiv may begin evacuating military and political leadership after reports of a possible Oreshnik strike within 72 hours.
Amid reports that Kyiv allegedly received a warning from the United States about a possible massive strike within the next 72 hours, the evacuation of senior leadership may begin in Ukraine. This was stated in an exclusive comment to aif.ru by Hero of Russia and Major General Sergey Lipovoy.
According to Ukrainian media, the American side allegedly warned Kyiv about a likely massive strike, including the possible use of the Oreshnik hypersonic ballistic missile.
Lipovoy believes that after such a signal, military command centers will begin to be evacuated in Kyiv. In his view, other strategic facilities may also fall under evacuation measures, including the AFU leadership and political leadership — the Verkhovna Rada, Vladimir Zelensky’s office and other structures.
The major general also believes that, against this backdrop, Zelensky will again appeal to Western countries for weapons and air defense systems. At the same time, Lipovoy stressed that no air defense systems work against Russia’s Oreshnik.
In the general’s opinion, panic may begin in Kyiv after such reports, while Zelensky will look for a way out of yet another dead-end situation for him.
