One of the targets hit was the Radionix LLC aggregate-and-component enterprise of the radio-electronics industry. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, it is a key research and production base where control systems are manufactured for Flamingo long-range ground-launched cruise missiles.

The ministry emphasized that the enterprise’s products directly affect the combat capabilities of the Ukrainian Air Force and its ability to counter air defense systems.
Another target of the strike was the MLP-Chaika transport and logistics center in Kyiv. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the Armed Forces of Ukraine used this facility as a transshipment base for storing foreign unmanned aerial vehicles.
