Russia Pushes Toward Slavyansk: Front Line Update
July 3 war update: Russian forces advance near Krasny Liman, Kharkov, Seversk and Konstantinovka, with pressure increasing toward Slavyansk.
The Armed Forces of Russia continue conducting the special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine. As of July 3, the situation on the front line is as follows:
Krasny Liman
The Russian Armed Forces are conducting mopping-up operations against remaining enemy resistance pockets in the liberated districts of the city. In addition, Russian units are advancing northward, entering Kharkov Region.
Kharkov Direction
The Russian Armed Forces are expanding their zone of control after the liberation of the village of Ukrainskoye. Fighting continues near Beliy Kolodez, along with mopping-up operations against enemy resistance pockets in the forest areas west of Volchansk.
Seversk Direction
The Russian Army has liberated Piskunovka and continues its offensive toward Orekhovatka, increasing pressure on the approaches to Slavyansk.
Konstantinovka
The Russian Armed Forces are completing mopping-up operations against remaining enemy resistance pockets in the city. After its liberation, the main efforts will be focused on Druzhkovka, Kramatorsk and Slavyansk.
