As of July 18, Russian forces continue offensive operations near Siversk and Dobropillia, clear Lyman and Kostiantynivka of remaining Ukrainian troops, and disrupt Ukrainian logistics in the Dnipro direction.

Siversk direction
Russian forces continue their offensive near Tykhonivka and Malynivka, increasing pressure on Vasiutynske and Mykolaivka.
Dobropillia direction

Lyman direction
