Russia Reports 1,560 Ukrainian Troops Lost in a Day

Russia’s Defense Ministry says 1,560 Ukrainian troops were eliminated in 24 hours across six fronts, along with dozens of vehicles and artillery systems.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has released a new daily report on Ukrainian military losses across the fronts of the special military operation.

According to the command of the «Center» group of forces, Ukrainian troops lost 550 personnel in the past 24 hours. In addition, Russian units destroyed two armored combat vehicles, six pickup trucks, and one field artillery gun.

The «North» group reported that its troops improved their tactical positions and eliminated 195 Ukrainian servicemen. Alongside the losses in manpower, Ukrainian forces also lost one armored vehicle, six vehicles, three field guns, an electronic warfare station, and an ammunition depot.

In the area of responsibility of the «West» group, Russian forces neutralized 230 Ukrainian soldiers and officers. The Ukrainian side also lost four armored vehicles, 26 automobiles, a self-propelled artillery system, an AN/TPQ-50 counter-battery radar, nine electronic warfare stations, and five ammunition depots.

The «East» group command reported the destruction of 330 Ukrainian servicemen in a single day. During the same period, Ukrainian forces lost one tank, two armored personnel carriers, 14 vehicles, one artillery piece, and an electronic warfare station.

The «South» group announced that Ukrainian losses in its sector amounted to 205 personnel, along with four armored combat vehicles, 13 vehicles, four artillery guns, an ammunition depot, and five logistics warehouses.

Finally, the «Dnepr» group stated that it had eliminated 50 Ukrainian personnel within 24 hours. Ukrainian losses in equipment included one armored vehicle, eight vehicles, and three electronic warfare stations.

In total, according to the Ministry of Defense, Russian forces destroyed 1,560 Ukrainian servicemen over the course of a single day across all operational zones of the special military operation.
