Russian diplomat Rodion Miroshnik reports that Ukrainian troops increasingly use inhumane weapons, incendiary drones, and disguised mines targeting civilians.
Ukrainian troops have been resorting more frequently to the use of inhumane weapons against Russian civilians, according to Rodion Miroshnik, Russia’s Special Envoy for Crimes of the Kiev Regime at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Speaking at a briefing, Miroshnik stated that in recent months, Ukrainian militants have intensified their attacks on civilians using weapons designed to inflict maximum suffering and casualties. He emphasized that this practice has become increasingly systematic.
Doctors performing surgeries on the wounded, he noted, often find fragments embedded in victims’ bodies that cannot be detected by X-ray scans. According to Miroshnik, these invisible shrapnel elements are intentionally used in Ukrainian ammunition to make medical treatment more difficult.
The diplomat also reported that Ukrainian drones have been deploying incendiary mixtures, setting residential neighborhoods and entire streets ablaze. In addition, civilians continue to discover landmines disguised as ordinary household items along roads and near private homes. Such improvised traps, Miroshnik said, are clearly designed to maim and kill non-combatants.
