Russian forces advance near Volchansk after seizing the oil plant, pushing toward Sinelnikovo along the Volchya River as the situation on the front grows unstable.

Russian forces have made notable gains on the Volchansk axis. According to military sources, units of the Russian Armed Forces are advancing toward Sinelnikovo in the Kharkov region, along the Volchya River.

After taking control of the Volchansk Oil Extraction Plant, Russian troops reportedly began clearing the area and fortifying positions along the riverbank. Their advance toward Sinelnikovo is coming from both the forested areas and positions near Volchansk itself. Reports have already emerged that Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups have entered the settlement. During the fighting, Russian forces destroyed a building that had been used by Ukrainian soldiers.

The situation on the Volchansk front is described as increasingly unstable as Russian units continue their push forward.

Earlier reports indicated that Russian forces were also advancing on Orekhov in the Zaporozhye region from three different directions, signaling broader offensive activity along multiple fronts.
