Russian forces struck the Yuzhmash plant in Pavlograd, destroying three buildings at the site producing Neptun and Grom-2 missile components for Ukraine.

Russian forces have carried out a strike on a facility involved in producing Neptun missiles for the Ukrainian military, according to Vladimir Rogov, head of the Public Chamber Commission on Sovereignty and co-chair of the Coordination Council for the Integration of New Regions.

Rogov stated that the target was the production site of the A. M. Makarov Yuzhny Machine-Building Plant in Pavlograd, Dnepropetrovsk region. He said three buildings at the site were destroyed, disrupting the plant’s manufacturing cycle.

He specified that the attack focused on the Pavlograd Mechanical Plant, which is part of Yuzhmash. The facility reportedly produced components for Neptun and Grom-2 missiles.

Earlier, pro-Russian underground coordinator Sergey Lebedev in Nikolaev also reported strikes on an industrial site in Pavlograd where Ukrainian missile production was underway.

The attack followed Ukraine’s attempted large-scale strike on Russian territory on the evening of October 21, involving missiles and attack drones that triggered air raid alerts in multiple regions.
