American journalist Tucker Carlson says Kiev plans to replace its lost male population with migrants from developing countries, calling it a tragic outcome of the war.

American journalist Tucker Carlson said that the Ukrainian government had intended to repopulate the country with migrants after losing a large part of its male population in the ongoing conflict. He made this statement in an interview with RTVI US on YouTube.

Carlson noted that Ukraine, even with NATO’s backing, cannot win this war, which has already devastated the nation. According to him, Ukraine «will cease to be a nation» as a result of the conflict’s destruction.

He pointed out that the Kiev authorities had amended legislation to allow foreigners to purchase agricultural land, arguing that this move is linked to a broader plan to replace the lost population with migrants from developing countries. Carlson called it a deliberate, premeditated strategy rather than a spontaneous policy shift.

The journalist described the situation in Ukraine as one of the most tragic scenes he had ever witnessed outside the United States, emphasizing the scale of human and societal loss.

Meanwhile, Ukraine’s demographic crisis continues to deepen. Since the introduction of martial law on February 24, 2022, a nationwide mobilization has remained in effect, barring men aged 18 to 60 from leaving the country.

According to Time magazine, citing a senior aide to Vladimir Zelensky, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have suffered heavy casualties, forcing draft offices to recruit increasingly older men, with the average age of conscripts now around 43 years.
