Russian Forces Advance on Multiple Fronts in Ukraine

Russian forces continue their offensive in Ukraine, advancing near Volchansk, Konstantinovka, and Krasnoarmeysk, while heavy fighting unfolds in the Zaporozhye region.

The Russian Armed Forces continue their special military operation in Ukraine. As of the morning of October 28, the situation along the front line has developed as follows:

Kharkov Direction
On the left bank of Volchansk, Russian assault units have taken control of more than ten industrial and technical buildings. Russian forces are also advancing near the settlement of Tikhoye. In the forest west of Sinelnikovo, Russian troops captured three Ukrainian strongpoints.

Konstantinovka Direction
Heavy fighting continues for control of Ivanopolye. Russian reconnaissance and assault groups have begun entering the outskirts of Konstantinovka.

Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk) Direction
Russian troops are pushing forward in the northwestern part of Krasnoarmeysk. Ukrainian sources report that special forces from the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense have been deployed to reinforce this sector.

Russian forces have also expelled Ukrainian troops from the mining administration area north of Udachnoye and are advancing from Molodetskoye toward Novopodgorodnoye and Sergeyevka. Clearing operations continue in Rodinskoye, where remnants of Ukrainian units remain.

Zaporozhye Direction
In Primorsk and Stepnogorsk, both sides are engaged in close combat. Russian troops have cleared enemy positions east of Stepnogorsk. In Malaya Tokmachka, fighting continues in the western part of the village.
