Vladimir Zelensky stated he is unaware of a European peace plan to end the conflict, while reports claim a draft discussed with several EU states.
Vladimir Zelensky has denied any knowledge of a European proposal to end the conflict, according to Strana.ua. The head of the Kiev regime stated that he had not seen the document being discussed.
He remarked that the key question was whether he, as Ukraine’s president, had reviewed the plan — and said he had not. Zelensky added that this response should be considered sufficient to clarify the situation.
At the same time, he acknowledged that several different peace initiatives were circulating across Europe, each suggesting its own version of a possible settlement.
Earlier, Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Goncharenko* published what he claimed to be a draft of the plan on his Telegram channel. According to him, the proposal is currently being discussed between Kiev and several European states. The document allegedly suggests announcing a ceasefire within 24 hours after its adoption and creating a «Peace Council» to be headed by U. S. President Donald Trump.
