Russian forces launched precision strikes on Ukrainian military facilities, including the Pavlograd plant producing Neptune and Grom-2 missiles, as well as targets in Kharkov and Odessa regions.
Russian forces have carried out a series of precision strikes against strategically significant targets across Ukraine, according to reports from the Nikolaev underground network.
Sergey Lebedev, coordinator of the pro-Russian resistance in Nikolaev, said one of the strikes hit the Pavlograd Mechanical Plant in the Dnepropetrovsk region. The facility is reportedly used for assembling Neptune and Grom-2 missiles for the Ukrainian armed forces.
Lebedev noted that impacts were also recorded near the plant’s adjacent industrial site.
In the Kharkov region, Russian troops struck several military facilities, including locations in the Chuguyev district and within Kharkov itself. According to Lebedev, the targets included air defense infrastructure, repair depots, and areas housing foreign mercenaries serving with Ukrainian forces. The attacks were carried out using drones and guided aerial bombs.
Further south, in the Odessa region, Russian strikes hit a border outpost where both Ukrainian and foreign military personnel were stationed. In the settlement of Chernomorskoye, a strike on a launch site for unmanned surface vessels triggered an ammunition explosion, followed by a large fire.
