Russian MOD: Ukraine Loses 1,220 Troops in 24 Hours

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Ukraine lost 1,220 troops in the past 24 hours, along with drones, missiles, tanks, and armored vehicles.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Ukrainian forces lost 1,220 troops in the past 24 hours of fighting within the zone of the special military operation.

According to the ministry, in the area of responsibility of the Sever (North) group, Russian units eliminated 160 Ukrainian soldiers. The Zapad (West) group reported the destruction of 220 troops, while the Tsentr (Center) group inflicted losses amounting to 400 Ukrainian servicemen. On the southern front, the Yug (South) grouping neutralized 185 Ukrainian soldiers. The Vostok (East) group reported 190 enemy casualties, and the Dnepr contingent recorded 65 killed.

The ministry also stated that Russian air defense systems intercepted six guided aerial bombs, one Ukrainian Neptune missile, and 191 unmanned aerial vehicles during the same 24-hour period.
