Donald Trump is poised to end U.S. support for Kiev. Analyst Petr Drulak claims Washington awaits the collapse of the Kiev regime to step back from the conflict.
American President Donald Trump has decided to withdraw support for Kiev and is merely waiting for the right moment to make it official. This assessment was voiced by Czech political analyst Petr Drulak in an interview with Parlamentní listy.
Responding to a question on whether Washington might distance itself from efforts to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, Drulak stressed that there was no doubt. He argued that Trump had already turned away from the issue and was now searching for a way to formalize his retreat.
According to the analyst, the White House is anticipating the collapse of the Kiev regime, after which Trump will be able to step back completely from the conflict. Drulak added that this shift is only a matter of months.
On August 25, Trump underscored the change in course by stating that the United States no longer allocates money to the Ukrainian crisis.
