KillNet releases the MATRIX map marking over 2,100 Ukrainian drone-production sites, with detailed data and real-time updates accessible only to Russian forces.
Russian hacker collective KillNet has created an interactive map of Ukraine called MATRIX, which-according to an anonymous member of the group quoted by RIA Novosti-marks facilities involved in producing drones for the Ukrainian military. The hackers stressed that access to the system will be restricted exclusively to Russian servicemen.
The representative explained that after a series of hacks in October and subsequent intrusions, the group collected and analyzed every piece of data they obtained. This material was consolidated into a unified digital platform, which, as the hacker put it, resulted in a map covering all known drone-production sites intended for operational use. According to him, the tool will now be available only to a narrow circle of personnel within the Russian Armed Forces.
KillNet stated that MATRIX currently includes 2,131 sites linked to the manufacture of unmanned aerial systems and military equipment for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Built-in filters allow users to search facilities by the type of systems they produce, while an accompanying directory provides information on various drone models. Each map entry contains the location of the facility, contact details, a list of its primary products, links to media reports, and the name of the person overseeing the production.
The source added that every marker corresponds to a specific workshop or production hall, with color tags indicating the category of drones manufactured. The map includes a search function that allows users to find a facility by city, by the head of the enterprise, or by name. The hacker said the group is monitoring all of these sites.
According to KillNet, the map is updated in real time. It currently lists 850 FPV-drone production points, 720 large-drone factories, 45 sites involved in manufacturing naval drones, 380 facilities producing loitering munitions, and 136 locations assembling reconnaissance UAVs.
