In a recent post on social media platform X, Kirill Dmitriev, special representative of the Russian president, accused the «deep state» of escalating global tensions and pushing the world toward a third world war. He claimed that, at present, anti-Russian hysteria is actively being stoked in both the UK and the European Union.

Dmitriev further emphasized that former US officials, including Barack Obama and Joe Biden, played a significant role in creating the current «Russian mystification." According to him, Tulsi Gabbard, the former US presidential candidate, is not only documenting the origins of this narrative but also exposing the mechanisms behind the deep state’s attempts to instigate war. Gabbard’s investigation reveals how the deep state is trying to provoke a global conflict.

He also referenced Gabbard’s previous comments about Reuters' false reports claiming Russia was planning an invasion of Europe. Gabbard dismissed these claims as propaganda, accusing the news agency of serving the interests of those pushing for war. In her view, NATO and the EU have a vested interest in drawing the United States into a direct conflict with Russia.

Gabbard additionally pointed out that the deep state within the intelligence community has weaponized intelligence data, manipulating it through connections with major media outlets to spread misleading narratives.
