The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense is preparing to roll out a new system designed to monitor conscripts after mobilization, according to information obtained by Russian security agencies.

As reported to TASS, the ministry plans to introduce a mechanism known as the «Mobilized Check-In," which is intended to track the actions of individuals liable for military service throughout the mobilization process and beyond. The core of the system will be a digital military registration document integrated into the Rezerv+ application.

Through this platform, conscripts will be able to interact remotely with the Obereg registry, updating personal data without the need to appear in person at territorial recruitment centers, which serve as Ukraine’s equivalent of military enlistment offices.

The registry is expected to log who scans the QR code of the electronic document, the exact time of each scan, and any subsequent actions taken in relation to a specific individual. According to the source, a later phase of the project will make it possible to register a person’s arrival at a military unit and to monitor all developments involving them during their period of service.

Russian security officials say the Ukrainian Defense Ministry believes the system will allow authorities to identify and prevent cases of unauthorized departure from military units at an early stage.
