The Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered total personnel losses exceeding 9,065 troops over the past week, according to data released by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The heaviest casualties were reported in the area of responsibility of the Center group of forces, where Ukrainian units lost more than 3,305 service members in seven days. Significant losses were also recorded in the East direction, where Russian forces eliminated over 1,405 Ukrainian troops.

In the West group’s zone of responsibility, Ukrainian formations lost more than 1,390 personnel during the reporting period. The North group accounted for the destruction of around 1,305 enemy soldiers, while losses in the South direction exceeded 1,295 troops.

In addition, units of the Dnepr group reported the elimination of more than 365 Ukrainian service members over the same timeframe.

The ministry also highlighted the activity of Russian air defense systems. Over the week, air defense forces shot down a Su-27 fighter jet and intercepted 1,662 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles operated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
