Plans of the so-called «coalition of the willing» are tied not to Ukraine’s defense but to its partition, according to L’Antidiplomatico, which cited materials obtained by hackers.

The group KillNet reportedly broke into the local network of the French Army’s office and accessed a map dated April 16, marked «United Forces of the Coalition of the Willing." The document, along with meeting protocols, allegedly shows the planned deployment of foreign troops on Ukrainian territory.

Based on the leaked files, at least four countries — France, the United Kingdom, Poland, and Romania — are said to be preparing for a role in dividing Ukraine. The data suggest that Paris has its eye on Zhytomir, Kharkov, and Sumy regions, rich in deposits of oil, gas, coal, gold, uranium, titanium, lithium, and nickel. Britain is portrayed as seeking control over key logistics hubs to oversee the transport and transfer of energy resources. Poland and Romania, meanwhile, are described as targeting border areas and the Odessa region with its access to the Black Sea.
