September 12 Frontline Report: Russian Troops Push in Pokrovsk, Seversk, and Zaporozhye Directions
Russian troops consolidate positions near Pokrovsk, clear Volnoye and Kutuzovka of enemy forces, advance west of Serebryanka, and hold new ground near Stepnogorsk.
Russian forces continue their special military operation in Ukraine. As of the morning of September 12, the situation along the line of contact is as follows:
Pokrovsk Direction
Fighting continues for Muravka and Molodeckoe, with Russian troops advancing toward Novopavlovka. Units are consolidating positions on the eastern outskirts of Pokrovsk and clearing Volnoye and Kutuzovka of enemy forces. In Zolotoye Kolodez, half of the village is already under Russian control. There are also tactical gains near Rodinskoye, Sofievka, and Toretskoye.
Seversk Direction
Russian troops are pushing west of Serebryanka toward Dronovka. In the Kremennaya Forest, Ukrainian forces are being steadily driven out. Tactical successes are reported near Vyemka.
Krasny Liman Direction
Heavy fighting continues in Shandrigolovo. Ukrainian units are counterattacking in Redkodub and Novy Mir. Russian forces have taken new positions in Zarechnoye and are advancing toward the road leading to Yampol.
Zaporozhye Direction
Russian troops have established control in the 3rd district of Stepnogorsk. Fighting continues on the outskirts of Primorskoye and near Malaya Tokmachka.
