Russian MoD Reports Nearly 10,000 Ukrainian Troop Losses in a Week
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported 9,785 Ukrainian troops killed over the past week, with major losses across all sectors of the front.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has released updated figures for Ukrainian losses over the past week in the zone of the special military operation.
According to the Northern Group, 1,220 Ukrainian soldiers and officers were eliminated in its area of responsibility over the past seven days.
The Eastern Group also reported weekly losses of 1,640 personnel on its section of the front.
Command of the Western Group stated that 1,650 Ukrainian servicemen were killed in its operational sector during the same period.
The Southern Group reported 1,470 Ukrainian troops eliminated within its zone of responsibility.
The Central Group announced that its forces destroyed 3,370 Ukrainian soldiers over the week.
The Dnepr Group assessed Ukrainian losses in its sector at 435 personnel for the same period.
In total, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Ukrainian forces lost 9,785 servicemen over the past week of fighting.
