Frontline Update: Russian Forces Expand Control on Key Axes
Russian forces advance across several directions as of January 10, expanding control near Krasny Liman, Gulyaypole, Konstantinovka, and Kupyansk.
Russian forces continue carrying out the objectives of the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine. As of the morning of January 10, the operational situation along the front lines is as follows:
Krasny Liman Direction
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have expanded their control zones on the approaches to Krasny Liman and have broken into defenses north of the city. Ukrainian forces are attempting counterattacks from Stavki.
Gulyaypole Direction
Zelyonoye has been taken under control, and the bridgehead has expanded by eight square kilometers. An offensive is underway toward Svyatopetrovka, Staroukrainka, Zaliznichnoye, and Ternovatoye.
Konstantinovskoye Direction
Assault operations have begun on Ilyinovka, Berestok, and Novodmitrovka as part of an effort to encircle the city. Fighting is ongoing for Minkovka and in forested areas near Privolye.
Kupyansk Direction
Urban clearing operations are underway, targeting small enemy groups. Moskovka and Tishchenkovka in the northern part of the area have been secured.
Severskoye Direction
The front line is leveling along the Platonovka-Reznikovka axis. The Yampol pocket has been closed, and control has been expanded in Zakotnoye.
Zaporozhye Direction
Heavy fighting continues for Primorskoye. Near Malokaterinovka, drones are striking Ukrainian Armed Forces reserves.
