Russian army units operating near Seversk in the Donetsk People’s Republic have taken control of the village of Khromovka, according to military-linked sources.

The same sources report that Russian forces have also pushed into the southern part of the nearby village of Nikiforovka, located several kilometers from Khromovka. As a result of the fighting in this area, more than 12 square kilometers of territory are said to have come under Russian control.
