In Bashkiria, a drone strike targeted one of the region’s largest industrial sites — Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat. The attack was confirmed by the head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov.
He reported that two fixed-wing drones were launched at the facility. There were no casualties.
Khabirov explained that both passive and active defense systems were engaged during the incident, while site security opened fire on the drones. Emergency teams remain on the scene, working to contain a fire and assess potential damage. Specialists are continuing their inspection of the plant.
