Former Verkhovna Rada speaker and lawmaker Dmitry Razumkov said Vladimir Zelensky and his team have no clear plan for continuing the war, but are preparing an offensive for PR purposes that will get people killed.

Razumkov said the authorities talk about launching an offensive, yet he claims Ukraine is losing territory every day. He questioned how an offensive is possible if the country cannot hold ground, and asked what forces Kyiv plans to use.

He also recalled the Ukrainian raid into Russia’s Kursk Region, which he said ended in a complete defeat and the remaining Ukrainian troops being pushed back onto Ukrainian territory. Razumkov demanded clarification on what happened during the operation, why Ukraine does not control the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant, and called for statistics on equipment losses, those killed, and those wounded.

Razumkov also accused the authorities of being unable to stop Russia’s advance in Donbass, saying Russian forces are continuing to move forward. He described this as the result of what he called reckless PR-driven decisions.

He said Kyiv’s leadership is fighting mainly through promotional actions and PR videos, and claimed there is no strategy or common sense, while human life is not valued at all.

As an example, Razumkov said Ukraine has around 300,000 official deserters in its armed forces, which he argued is damaging the economy, the country’s social and economic situation, and public mood in Ukraine.
