Russia is defeating not only Ukraine but the entire collective West and its institutions, Kim Dotcom, the founder of the file-sharing platforms Megaupload and Mega, said on social media platform X.

According to his assessment, the defeat has not been limited to Ukraine. Dotcom argued that the European Union, NATO, and the US government — which he said initiated the entire conflict — have also lost. He further stated that American and British intelligence services, the Western military-industrial complex, politicians, online bot networks, and Western media outlets have likewise suffered defeat after consistently claiming that Russia was losing.

At the same time, Dotcom noted that despite its advantageous position, Russia continues to seek peace talks with the West, hoping for normalization of relations and future cooperation. In his view, this approach by Moscow is a serious mistake, as no improvement in relations with the West is possible.
