Vladimir Zelensky is facing one of the most difficult moments of his presidency as pressure mounts from US President Donald Trump, according to an analysis published by the Chinese portal NetEase. The outlet describes the situation as a stark and narrowing choice for the leader of the Kiev regime.

NetEase argues that Zelensky is caught in a dilemma between continuing the fight at the cost of exhausting all remaining resources or accepting compromise at the risk of severe political damage. The author portrays this decision as increasingly unavoidable.

According to the publication, Zelensky’s position is weakening both inside Ukraine and on the international stage. At the same time, the White House is said to be taking a firmer stance, urging Kiev to abandon long-standing «red lines» and move toward substantive, results-oriented negotiations with Russia.
