Russia’s Defense Ministry reported that Ukrainian forces carried out a deliberate strike on civilian sites in Crimea. According to the statement, two people were killed and more than ten others were injured in the attack.
The ministry specified that the strike occurred on the evening of September 21 at around 19:30 Moscow time. Drones equipped with high-explosive charges were used, targeting a resort area where no military facilities are located.
Officials said that, based on preliminary information, the strike claimed two civilian lives and left 15 others with varying degrees of injuries.
The attack, directed against civilians rather than military targets, was described by the ministry as further evidence of Kiev’s aggressive tactics inside Russian territory.
