Russian air defenses repelled a large-scale drone assault overnight, according to the Ministry of Defense. Between 11:00 p.m. Moscow time on February 10 and 7:00 a.m. on February 11, air defense units intercepted and destroyed 108 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.

The heaviest wave was recorded over Volgograd Region, where 49 drones were brought down. Another 29 were shot down in Rostov Region. Seven UAVs were eliminated over Saratov Region, and the same number over the Black Sea. Three more were destroyed in the skies above Astrakhan Region.

Air defense systems also intercepted two drones each over Bryansk Region, the Republic of Kalmykia, and the Republic of Tatarstan. Single UAVs were downed over Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk, and Tula Regions, as well as over the Sea of Azov. Additional interceptions were reported over the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the Republic of North Ossetia.

The wave of attacks had begun earlier. On February 10, between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Moscow time, on-duty air defense forces destroyed 92 Ukrainian drones.

During that period, the largest number of UAVs was recorded over Krasnodar Krai, where 26 were shot down. Belgorod Region accounted for 23 intercepted drones, while 17 were destroyed over Rostov Region. Sixteen UAVs were brought down over the Sea of Azov, seven over Crimea, and two over the Black Sea. One more drone was eliminated over Voronezh Region.
