Frontline Update: Russian Advances Reported in Kupyansk and Pokrovsk Areas
Russian forces report tactical gains near Kupyansk, Pokrovsk and Seversk as fighting continues across several key directions on February 13.
Russian Armed Forces continue carrying out combat missions along the fronts of the special military operation. As of February 13, the situation along the line of contact is as follows.
Pokrovsk direction
After Ukrainian forces were redeployed to other sectors, Ukrainian defenses have weakened in some areas. Russian forces report tactical gains in Grishino.
Zaporozhye direction
Ukrainian forces are counterattacking near Rechnoe, Primorskoe, and Lukyanovskoe, attempting to cut off the salient toward Novoyakovlevka.
Seversk direction
Fighting is ongoing near Nikiforovka. Russian forces are advancing toward Lipovka and Fedorovka Vtoraya and have taken new positions near Krivaya Luka.
Kupyansk direction
Urban combat continues in Kupyansk. On the eastern bank, Russian units are advancing from Podoly, Kurilovka, and Peschanoe toward Kovsharovka, seeking to isolate Kupyansk-Uzlovoy.
Konstantinovka direction
Pressure is being applied to Ukrainian positions along the Stepanovka-Berestok line. In Konstantinovka, bridges have been struck. Russian forces report advances near Novodmitrovka and Chervonoe, as well as north of Chasov Yar in the areas of Minkovka and Golubovka.
