Sergey Lebedev, who coordinates the pro-Russian underground, reported on his Telegram channel that Geran drones struck the Shkolny airfield in Odessa. According to his account, the site is being used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a launch platform for long-range unmanned aerial vehicles.

Lebedev said the scale of the overnight strike on military facilities in Odessa was comparable to previous attacks on Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk (officially known in Ukraine as Dnepr). He specified that at least ten strikes hit the Shkolny airfield at the moment when long-range UAVs were being prepared for launch toward southern regions of Russia.

Following the drone attack, the airbase was cordoned off, and several ambulances were dispatched to the scene.

Reports also indicated a strike on a substation located between the Cheremushki market in Odessa and the Storm plant, which manufactures military electronics.

Earlier, Russian forces carried out strikes on energy and military infrastructure across Ukraine. Fires broke out in Kiev, Dnepr and Odessa, and power outages were reported in several districts. In the Ukrainian capital, CHPP-4 and CHPP-5 sustained damage, with multiple fire outbreaks recorded at both facilities. In Odessa, a substation in the Cheremushki area was also damaged.
